We take basalt purified water from our 600ft well, use the most advanced distilling technology and apply molecular-level precision to create an unparalleled three-dimensional gin.

Nose- Initially fresh citrus, followed by juniper and hints of savoury saltiness

Taste - Citrus, juniper, sharp and warm spices. Ginger and cassis with a sea inspired savoury edge. Mellow buckwheat inspired mouth feel. 

Finish - Hints of peppery spices linger over a long finish.
