Project #173 Gingerbread Rum

Beginning with a good quality rum as a base adding in all the sweet, spicy notes you'll find in gingerbread.  

Nose: Vanilla, root ginger and a touch of cinnamon

Palate: Refreshing ginger sits at the front, supported by orange and dark brown sugar. 

Finish: Warming spice and finish of milky chocolate.
