Project #173 Salted Caramel Rum

Who doesn't love salted caramel? A pinch of salt actually helps to accentuate the rich flavour profile of the caramel.  A base of high-quality rum is naturally flavoured with sweet caramel, and a touch of salt, making for a deliciously moreish sipper.

Nose: Caramel and cream start things off. Burnt sugar creeps in with vanilla and chocolate.

Palate: The creaminess continues, added by caramelised biscuits. Chewy notes of marshmallow mingle with spices and banana lurking are hints of dark chocolate.

Finish: Sweetness with a depth of spice and orange.
