Starting out as farm buildings, crofts and, in our case, a smiddy — or blacksmith’s forge — Scotland’s bothies have long had a deep connection with the land

Hand batched spirits, blending distilled and cask-aged rums with spices, including saffron hand-picked right here in the Strathmore valley.

The end result’s something rather special — a premium, full-strength, sweet sipping rum. With base notes of saffron, orange and mixed spice, it's perfect on ice or in a cocktail.
